How can we improve the AOL App?

Sometimes my mail will not load. It has been frustrating.

This app needs to be more consistent in loading mail. Sometimes it works, and tonight it will not let me read any mail. It is frustrating!

Sorry to hear that you are having a bit of trouble with the App. To resolve this, please try the troubleshooting solutions below:

1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    suggestions dealt with desktop. app does work on my phone but not tablet

    mail server won't load at times...days at a time.
    it sits and tries to load.

    I can open to the title page of all the emails but only get the circle when opening an individual email on my phone.

    crash crash crash this is for real have you even tested it on samsung tablet I have multiple tablets your **** a crashes when try to move around within app all the time try it.....

    I can see who is emailing but can't get the content.
