How can we improve the AOL App?

Sometimes my mail will not load. It has been frustrating.

This app needs to be more consistent in loading mail. Sometimes it works, and tonight it will not let me read any mail. It is frustrating!

Sorry to hear that you are having a bit of trouble with the App. To resolve this, please try the troubleshooting solutions below:

1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    I have more luck checking my email through a internet browser then by your ap.

    mail will not load in the incoming mail folder. I have to first move it to another folder before it will open. The ads need to be removed. If I want something I'll find it and buy it. Make the application as simple as possible to work on the platform for which it is intended. It's to the point where it has lost his functionality for me.

    Not an idea..A complaint.. Have not been able to open my AOL Homepage or open any of my emails..constant circular arrow and not opening!! What's up AOL???

    app barely open and mail icon just spins

    mail doesnt work properly, the mail menu screen is blank. I cant see/open any mail options

    tired of uninstalling, etc my email and still can't get it. stays frozen

    When my messages freeze loading in, there is no update ready for the app so I abandon it for a while and it fixes itself but the app is so much easier
