Sorry to hear that you are having a bit of trouble with the App. To resolve this, please try the troubleshooting solutions below:

1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    when I enclose a picture or document it takes up to 30 min before the reciever get it. What is wrong! it was much quicker before you redesigned the site a couple of months ago. rgds Jan

    if you check your email, the aol app just sits there and Android is telling me your app is taking too long to respond asking what I want to do. None of my other mail apps do this.

    I'm typing an email and all of a sudden the curser has jumped somewhere else. I have to find it bringing it back to where I was typing. I've been putting up with this for years.

    The words constantly highlight when scrolling a news page for example and then eventually the mouse stops working, that requires logging out of my chromebook or a total reboot of my chromebook before the mouse will work in the app again.

    need to refresh inbox so spam can stop coming in the inbox and just have my normal e-mails its so hard to delete a inbox with 999+emails full of **** there needs to be a button to refresh and stop spam from being in inbox
