Sorry to hear that you are having a bit of trouble with the App. To resolve this, please try the troubleshooting solutions below:

1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    Trying to tap on the app has been getting me a dark screen. News stories barely load. What gives? The app was just updated last week.

    I pulled down and watch the circle spin but still it doesn't update. It's quite annoying. I don't have this problem with any other email servers.

    Always getting the "sorry, something went wrong" is very frustrating.
