I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:

1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

After you’ve performed these steps, should you still encounter this issue, please reach out to our support team at help.aol.com

    I can't get anything from Not The Bee. It won't even go to spam. Is it because it is a conservative site?

    aol emails are being kicked back by some servers

    It only seems to be an issue with sending pictures. My internet connection is strong. What is going on??

    ALL needs to scan your equipment, software, hardware, programs for viruses or dishonest staffers who may be stealing or selling email addresses.

    After being forced onto the new mobile app a few weeks ago, I'm receiving some emails and not others. I've done two searches over the weekend when people asked why I didn't respond. I can search and find emails that never landed in my new, old, trash or spam bins in either my phone OR laptop. There is something corrupted in the way the system is now handling emails because it's affecting my laptop, too. I can understand there would be multiple reasons you created the app, but this is a failure for me.You've pushed me into something I didn't need and definitely can't work with, I've begun the transition to Gmail.

    the app doesnt work without rebooting phone everytime ...desktop wont send saved drafts ...I have to send them to myself from the phone then cut and paste into a new email in order to send them. If they are sent straight from the phone or forwarded the receivers get gobblygook..its getting old
