I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:

1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    I keep getting a message that AOL is not responding so I cannot get new emails or send emails. After sending multiple times, I find out the original emails were sent. Why do I keep getting these messages which are not accurate?

    The app NEVER gives me all the emails. I still have to go on my laptop to find missing emails that do not show up using the app.

    Every time I want to reply or send an email it freezes. The cursor just stays motionless it does not pulsate. Therefore the email app is useless to me

    Hi, I have a question about the AOL app on my Samsung Galaxy S7. Ever since it updated a long while back, it's been harder to delete messages, and after they get to my Trash and Spam folders it also takes multiple times of hitting the trash icon or the delete button to totally empty out those folders. Also, sometimes if I hit delete on an open email after I've hit the back button on my phone from visiting a link in the email, it'll delete the unread email on top of it instead of the currently open email. These issues aren't app-breaking, but they are kind of annoying nuisances that if possible, maybe they could be looked into.

    1. ALL emails need to show up as soon as they arrive. It's ridiculous to have to screen the first 20-50 emails that show up then delete or read some until the next batch shows up. We need to be able to screen ALL emails since the last time we checked in case we're looking for something specific that may be time sensitive. 2. When one email is open and being read, it should NEVER change to a different email, especially just because a new email arrived. This "update" was NOT beta tested with people who use AOL mail for hundreds to thousands of emails daily. It was released much too soon with too many bugs.

    The new mail application is terrible. After mail is read it just sits in new folder with mail count not updating. Whoever purchased AOL needs to reach out to IT to fix this or get a new team.

    I've noticed that emails seem to appear later in my notifications. sometimes as late as day. Am curious as to why this occurs. Thank You.

    Fix it so I don't have to keep closing it and restarting!
