I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:

1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    Your app freezes too often. Emails have disappeared for no reason. You probably should have never changed it. If it isn't broken don't fix it. Have been with aol from the beginning and am thinking seriously of dumping you entirely for something else.

    The app freezes everytime I click on a notification. I have to force stop the app before I can use it again. please also stop asking me if I enjoy using the app

    make itceasy to stop notifying every email. i need that Turned Off!!! and why in the **** world would you need my email below?? you cant tell already?? wow! is this the 21st century or not? One would think that if you're on AOL in there mail with your ID and everything that you guys would know who's sending it to you you must have one ******* a lazee IT Department

    click on a news item and it comes up a blank screen. this is for every story you cover not just the odd one.

    I've opened my aol and can read newsfeed but not my email. I click on any email and it just spins. The email never open, so I have to wait to get home to read emails. if it was time sensitive I have missed important information.

    I can get my mail but freezes every time I open a video

    update caused it to no longer work as it did. freezes and I have to close it, then reopen. I am a paying AOL member, this is not good. even this suggestion part does not work right, so u m ight not get my concern.

    fix incoming message server with samsung phones!

    This site freezes up making it necessary to reboot. Check the source.
