How can we improve the AOL App?

May I ask why I receive continuous Ads when using my (payed) AOL Mail account? Yes I suggest you send Ads elsewhere and not to my email.

We’re really sorry to hear your displeasure with the advertising on the AOL App. In order for AOL to offer things like web content and products, we need to sell advertising just like any newspaper, magazine or television station would.

But we certainly don’t want to get to a point where we start to lose our valued audience, so your feedback is greatly valued.

    Ads and their pictures are appearing over the beginning words of articles and it makes it difficult to read the article in its entirety.

    What exactly am I being charged for? I have had my AOL email account since (circa) 1993-4. It made sense to pay a very minimal fee then as AOL was the premier email. But with the various free email choices available now, why am I paying so much monthly to get email?

    the ads you show within the article overlap the first two lines of the next paragraph. need to fix the alignment of the ad.

    please fix: ads in news articles are overwriting the 1st line of a new paragraph. This is annoying.
