How can we improve the AOL App?

May I ask why I receive continuous Ads when using my (payed) AOL Mail account? Yes I suggest you send Ads elsewhere and not to my email.

We’re really sorry to hear your displeasure with the advertising on the AOL App. In order for AOL to offer things like web content and products, we need to sell advertising just like any newspaper, magazine or television station would.

But we certainly don’t want to get to a point where we start to lose our valued audience, so your feedback is greatly valued.

    Block out spam emails that reappear every day. this does not happen on my Gmail account.

    I am an aol customer in uk and get about 50 spam emails from the USA every day......why????

    In order to block, one has to manually pick up the intended incoming email address and paste them one by one in a "Block" list. This is miserable.

    I have to delete my own spam all the time spam with this new app it's very time consuming it was pretty good with the old app

    I get an email. I open the app and handle it. The app already has ads in this process. I close the app. Because I interacted with the app, it creates an ad email and pushes to my phone.

    This technique makes it easy to accidentally display a full screen ad and is very annoying.

    stop! it's annoying it will not help sell me product or services, just be ****** enough to stop using you. it's been only 25 years since I started this account ..we have enough freaking ads and span and ****. I was told, if it has a commercial you do not need it. I'm wired to not want if I don't need. stop it I do not agree to your ads in my face blocking my screen
