How can we improve the AOL App?

I want the option of the old email format. Stop changing things. The reason I've stayed with AOL is because I want what I'm used to.

    Way too many things lost on the new mobile version. I can neither create, nor select/ get my email contact groups, and I can't select and erase groups of emails, (or "all" like in Spam or Trash). I want the email inbox to be the first screen, not the media page. This new version makes me want to ditch this email platform as it is extremely unfriendly.

    I agree. The new format presents less useful content, takes more time, littered with click bait. It's moving to the content and format of a tabloid. Provide an option for the prior format.

    This format is awful. Why do you keep making changes. I was very happy with AOL though my family says to get rid of it. Now I'm actually considering it!

    This new format sucks!!! It changed while I'm on vacation and I haven't been able to see any new emails in days!!! If you don't do something quickly I will be leaving AOL!!!

    My email is messed up. New mail coming up in trash. Nothing under new mail since 3/26. Hate this. Will probably leave. Liked the old format

    I notice you are no longer allowing us to "like" other people's comments. in other words, you have made your decision and "F" what the majority of your customers want. Why pay for a service that doesn't care what WE want?

    Now you also took away auto rotate. That is a feature that helped avoid opening spam. It only auto rotates once I open the mail. Great idea to force us to open spam to find out it's spam. Is it your intention of totally destroying AOL mail?

    takes so long to load. I don't want aol news as I'm in the UK. Please let me use email via Samsung where I can access it at the same time as my other (and better) email accounts
