    When I read an email every time a new email comes in it returns me to the inbox which is very frustrating when I'm part way through reading.
    The layout also looks awful and I struggle to look at the screen when in the AOL app now.

    don't want to open emails before I can delete--- how to ??? who's bright idea was it to make changes anyway ?

    go back to the old format. please. or make the folders all be where they were before and make multi selections for deleting and moving available again. its all or nothing at the moment.

    When I open my email app, it should open to my inbox, not a news feed that is mostly fake news. Also the look of the inbox is unprofessional and not easily monuvered once in the email itself. JUST A HINT...GO BACK TO THE OLD LOOK AND USABILITY OF THE OLD EMAIL APP!!.

    This new format sucks! I have been paying for AOL since right after it came online. I HATE ALL THE ADS AND NEWS ********. Go back to the old email only format or I will stop subscribing to AOL. You also screwed up your games. AOL is going to ****.

    If you pre-tested this with aol users, it's impossible to see how this design was approved.
