Old format so much better.
Old format was much easier to use. Was it really necessary to change?

Use all the old settings in the new format. If it isn't broken don't fix it.

It now takes more clicks to get mail to sub folders and tap and swipe right to delete usually gets you back to New mail...it's a pain.
Reverting to the previous format would be great.
I expect a fortune was spent on modelling the new format. What a total waist of money! -

after I write a new email to send & then search for the address of the recipient, many email addresses pop up that are not in my contact list and not anyone that I recognize at all. I suppose my email address pops up in everyone else's address search too. WHAT A GREAT FEATURE FOR HACKERS & SCAMMERS. Thanks a lot AOL, NOT!
Please, Go back to the old format because this didn't happen with it. -

Catagory is all of the choices you allow. And do other peoples feedback that were written way before mine appear after mine? Trying to hide some feedback you don't like? Heck even negotiating this feedback page is not intuitive. after choosing category you have hit 'back to continue but not everywhere? After inputting email address you at least give us a 'next'. After name a 'done' is clear but having to strike 'back' to move on is after category is anti-intuatative . Consistency is important!! I'd also like to see some positive feedback if anyone left any. What do they like?

Id like to have the ability to rotate my screen, because now it doesn't work with this new format.

The spacing is too generous for a cell phone display showing so few emails on it. The interface is not intuitive at all. Extra keystrokes are upsetting. My idea is to hire a professional GUI designer because there are too many issues to just single them out one at a time. I have been designing UIs for 30 years and this one is really poor. I don't want to switch but you give me little choice. I can't support a company that, obvious to anyone, fails to improve when issuing a new product. Please change it back or design a new one, PROFESSIONALLY.
Respectfully.

To go to drafts or to keep as new, etc takes an extra key stroke once you figure out that that's what you have to do. visually all the colors are not helpful. I have been using aol mail since it first came out and now I have to change because your new interface upsets me every time I use it. you don't need advice from your users, anyone trained in human factors of user interfaces would instantly see the flaws and design something much better. really, spend some money and get a professional GUI designer as I was before I retired. Thanks for listening to all of same complaints and please take action.
