    The new format is awful!! If you want to make such radical changes how about sending a guide for finding old mail, sent mail etc. This is suppose to make things easier and faster. This format does not hit the mark on either point.

    I hate this new format! I thought something was wrong with my phone. HATE, HATE, HATE IT! Why do you feel the need to fix something that is not broken!

    Hate, Hate, Hate new program!! Realize there is always a learning curve, but the new program is terrible!!

    I do not like the new foematt, I want to see new mail, old mail, so I know what to delete. I lost an important piece of mail that I've been waiting for, now it's gone,
