    I don't like your UPDATE! With all the **** I get in my email it is hard to delete these f-ing EMAILS 😠

    Where has the reply icon gone? You have forward on the menu bar at the bottom of the email but you have to access the 3 dots menu to find reply. How daft is that?

    The only detail is...it doesn't work. Go back to old format.

    How in the ****, when you send an attachment, are you supposed to add an email with it ?? I pick out the attachment, and I can't write anything to go with it other than on the subject line. You can shove this new App up your ***. It sucks !!!

    I do not like the look or operation of the new email format. I don't even like the way the news articles are presented...and why is it all from yahoo now?

    this new format is not worth it as long as I've been with AOL. I'm about over it.

    What happened to your starred emails? You could always find them in the Starred folder!!!!! This format stinks. I'm leaving

    allow mail to be set when opening aol.

    Do I HATE this update? Let me count the ways. 1. It usually shows me aol "news" first when I am only interested in email. 2. I do a lot with Publishers Clearing House, which requires me to go back and forth between the same email. I used to be able to do that pretty easily most of the time (though not always). Now, to go back, when I click on the aol icon, I get the "news," and am required to click on mail and then get "new" email so then have to click on "old mail," and then have to find which one of Publishers Clearing House's manner fault emails I want to get back to. It's annoying and wastes precious time when I want to beat a deadline. 3. I can't see how to see the "details" of an email. 4. You don't show me the time the email came in. how many hours ago is not helpful, and doesn't differentiate between days.
    I could go on, but need to get to the post office before it closes.
    Suffice it to say, there is NOTHING about this new version that is an improvement. I HATE it, and if you don't go back to the previous version, I'm leaving.

    stop allowing people to hack my account via using phone call verification code to voicemail

    Need to rotate screen. Also, if I move an email from New mail to another folder, then there are problems reading another email from New mail! The update is not user friendly at all.

    stupid idea to change. really can not use on my cell phone. lost access to many folders.
