Old format was much easier to use. Was it really necessary to change?

This new app is REALLY BAD! I CANNOT access ALL my folders where I keep things that I need and I CANNOT access from this app. PLEASE, let me go BACK to the OLD app.

The old format so much better. Now the AOL app starts with a news page containing irrelevant news, fake articles, and ads. I don't want my day to start **** news, I want it to start with my 'email view' page. Now there's no option to set email view as default page and I'm forced to get bad news articles shoved down my throat. Hey AOL/verizon, I think it's time you start reading reviews and catering to the people that keep you in business... US! I think I'll be uninstalling this app and using an alternative email app since AOL has refused to listen to people and realize what we want in an email app.

Several months ago you changed the format. It was confusing and difficult to use. Now you've changed it again. IT'S WORSE!!! I have to jump through several hoops just to reply to an email. Can't see the address. PLEASE, PLEASE GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL FORMAT. It worked. There was no need to fix it. Jane, AOL user since 1998.

when hitting aol it Opens to News articles instead of Aol., emails disappear when trying to open them, after reading email it goes directly to Old Mail instead of just not staying listed in New Mail without the BOLD print, while typing a new email it disappears before being finished. NOT AT ALL HAPPY with the new AOL.

the new format will not load emails as quickly as before and instead, if you delete an email, when you click on the next email
in line it will load the deleted email instead of the new email you click on. there are so many bugs in this new system it's unbelievable you guys haven't noticed or changed this yet. -

The aol mail for Android is ****. It won't send pictures taken on my phone as attachments. I just spent an hour with one of your people and she couldn't get the ap to work. This is an improvement? It's worse than before, because before I could at least send two or three pictures as attachments.

It won't let me stay horizontal to email and, believe it or not, I actually can't rotate my bluetooth keyboard (as you obviously seem to think I can). So I pay $48.97 to you every month, and have been a paying AOL customer since the mid 1990s, for this extremely annoying ****? Not for long though, because I'll drop AOL and use my FREE gmail account if this isn't changed soon. This is ridiculous, especially since I see many others posting about the same thing. So please FIX IT!
