Old format was much easier to use. Was it really necessary to change?

    Do I HATE this update? Let me count the ways. 1. It usually shows me aol "news" first when I am only interested in email. 2. I do a lot with Publishers Clearing House, which requires me to go back and forth between the same email. I used to be able to do that pretty easily most of the time (though not always). Now, to go back, when I click on the aol icon, I get the "news," and am required to click on mail and then get "new" email so then have to click on "old mail," and then have to find which one of Publishers Clearing House's manner fault emails I want to get back to. It's annoying and wastes precious time when I want to beat a deadline. 3. I can't see how to see the "details" of an email. 4. You don't show me the time the email came in. how many hours ago is not helpful, and doesn't differentiate between days.
    I could go on, but need to get to the post office before it closes.
    Suffice it to say, there is NOTHING about this new version that is an improvement. I HATE it, and if you don't go back to the previous version, I'm leaving.

    give us a choice of whether or not we want to switch! this format is not user friendly!

    stop allowing people to hack my account via using phone call verification code to voicemail

    Need to rotate screen. Also, if I move an email from New mail to another folder, then there are problems reading another email from New mail! The update is not user friendly at all.

    where is spam? where is old mail? Why this swipe ****? (I am serious. I may be changing banks because of the swipe ****)

    stupid idea to change. really can not use on my cell phone. lost access to many folders.

    It seems internet programmers decided Grey on white was a great selection. You have aging population that use these apps. It's making it nearly impossible to read. Also my mail won't landscape.

    I can't get old mail removed from new mail, it no longer shows the time email was received ,totally frustrated

    I just described it. print on messages is too small. new system will not allow me to set larger font.
