Old format so much better.
Old format was much easier to use. Was it really necessary to change?

This new version's font is too big and wraps the first two lines too much, so its difficult to get a quick read of tooic of emails.

new AOL Android app has many issues I'd like to provide directly to AOL.
IF this "forum" is even monitored
#1 being App 'HELP' directs to a 2019 help menu - NOT HELPFUL!
#2 above 'VISIT OUR HELP SITE' results in a circle of no help whatsoever (posting of old help topics & announcing the NEW app as the latest post)
#3 being this online "tool" which does squat
#4 loss of any ability to sort app email box; previous did only 1 sort - new none (not that I can find since - as previously mentioned - HELP is of no help.) One better than none - but it'd be better if you'd enable multiple sorts as the online version does (& even that could be better!)..Please do ETE testing before you push out a new version of your apps/software!
Post 1st feedback: App is strangely & annoyingly getting worse: after a click-thru to an email story from my email when using return commands, I'm only returned to AOL news.
And most HORRIBLY:
I rely on my email - most especially for employment after being an essential COVID-19 healthcare worker on the front-lines - only to be laid off when the "global recession" hit.I replied to a recent email message from a potential employer using the online version. Then moved it from my 'sent' folder to a folder (created in the online version) using the new app. Today found it sent duplicated in the 'new folder' (yes, both the app & online). Well, you can imagine how the double send of this message might impact how this employer may view me.

emails no longer show dates and times in the mailbox. I have to open the email to see. the device works more slowly with the new software. a video constantly shows in the foreground though I have turned off almost all permissions. I am sure there will be more problems when I have used it more than a few days

When I delete an email it's a 5-10 process. Then it shows up again NOT DELETED!

Like the recent update and change. However several of the folders I had in my saved items were deleted or moved elsewhere. What, if anything, can be done to recover this material?

If I look up a website email or place an order from any company or ebay, an email address is added to my contacts, how do I stop this?

Change the app back to the old one.
On the bottom menu why have FORWARD as an option. Most times people REPLY to an email and don't forward. -
