    I will not lower my firewall. This so called update is a complete bust. I am seriously thinking of changing all my e- mails and getting rid of you completely.

    Lose the flashy ad style and get to basics. It's email, not The Queen's Coronation. It needs function not splash... EVERY TIME!

    I hate this new format. I'm thinking of discontinuing aol and go elsewhere. this new format is awful!

    The new format does not meet my needs. I cannot access my group mailing list and am having difficulty navigating this new format. It may be that I will have to change provider.

    Allow UNREAD ONLY mail view again. Show number of Unread Emails on mail icon again.
