    The new app font is too small, especially in email. Links are hit or miss in regard to if they open. Opening attachments involve 3 steps now instead of one. New should be quicker and easier. The new app is slower and more cumbersome than the old one!

    You have totally cluttered what used to be a clean and efficient visually pleasing format. Don't think for a minute that we will just get used to it. AOL is the reason we don't use Gmail.

    I've lost so many important folders - sort this out now and restore old format before you lose all your customers

    Looks like folders are missing but I found them as subfolders now under saved mail. super annoying!

    the delete is so close to my phones close all it is frustrating.
