    Have not been able to open my mail for the past 3 days.I called the for non paying customers line and was told i had to enroll in the $4.99 program to have my acct.opened up which i have for 20 ++ years.
    I had to reset my password after 45 min.back and forth on hold was promised system had to update since password was reset!
    After 20 hours still can't open my mail !!! Very disappointing AOL.!

    I want to open in email without having to dance around you asking me to sync contacts. If I wanted my email account linked to my contacts I would do that myself, stop asking me!
