    I hate the format I have not received ANY of my personal emails for a month, I have very important emails sent to me as a minister. this has resulted in much distress among the people who need my help. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WITH THEM !

    new format is extremely difficult to navigate...makes emailing impossible especially with group contacts

    grouping of emails rather than sequentially listing is an opportunity to miss emails very easily and resetting

    The new format is very frustrating to understand. I would like to see my mail, not news. It also hurts my eyes
