    after updating I've lost my email contacts and pictures that are on my phone don't show up when I try to attach one

    Updated AOL phone app yesterday and now inbox looks like a clown show. Hate hate hate it. And I can't switch from inbox to sent emails easily. Who the **** thought this would better???

    the new format is as bad as it can get. what on earth did you create here???? on the android phone it is manageable on the chrome book a complete failure, anxiety and anger producing as nothing works.
    cut it out and go back to the old format. it was not broken and worked.
    bad decision of yours.

    the new format is absolutely awfull. Half the screen is covered by a key board. The intended mail does not open but stuff you don't want opens over and over again. It is difficult to close the site and many other problems. An absolute desaster. Go back to the old format. How bad can you possibly make it.

    Yes, please allow all of us (the loyal AOL users) to have the previous format available to use with our app since so many of us want it to return to the previous style.

    The new AOL app is horrible! I can't get to all my folders easily, folders are nested inside each other that I didn't nest. The app doesn't deliver all my emails when they are sent. Only after I delete 20 or so & refresh do older emails from that current day will show up. If I accidentally delete an email, the undo option is stuck under the "compose a new email" shortcut button. At random times the inbox will not display all my inbox emails meaning I have a total of 80 emails in my inbox & only 50 will show in the app, this is different from the inbox delivery problem. I could go on & on. New app sucks!

    aol is horrible. cant delete or unsubscribe
    ads are horrible. I had 25 ads this morning. no place to unsubscribe
