Why was my note above cut off before I finished it?? Why do my emails move around without my consent? You must have a real idiot working for you (or, perhaps, a son of the owner that you HAVE to keep on the job?), or these crazy changes would not have come about.

in the mobile app, my emails disappear as soon as I read them not giving me a chance to save. in addition and perhaps more importantly, I have had several important emails from people I have previously corresponded with and are in my contacts that went to spam without me ever seeing them. this is completely unacceptable! I have been a user of AOL since the 90s, but these egregious errors are seriously making me rethink my choice of AOL. I mean come on guys, fix this stuff! this is basic, and you are not fixing it.

I have been trying to recover some accounts. What a nightmare. It hangs in busy mode, then just sort of burys me in verification layers that also hang. After decades of operation, they don't seem to have any idea how to make something smart, easy and convenient.
