please revert to previous email set up asap. it is impossible to reply with the messages disappearing up the screen.

the app throws you to the bottom of the screen when you are not actively typing, this is both annoying and time consuming. Also my keyboard has stopped working properly even though the settings are all correct, not having predictive text, auto capitalisation and changing spelling errors. This is now stopping me sending emails as I can not see the email on my predictive text once I start typing

i am fed up trying to email, since update screen jumping about disappearing , takes twice as long to write a simple email.
if it continues I will have to think of changing my email. -

Same problem here. Whether composing new messages or replying to others the app continues to add more and more blank lines below as my message scrolls up and out of sight. It's so aggravating as to be WORTHLESS.

Please fix the annoying issues that have been going on with AOL email! I'm ready to switch to a 3rd party email if you don't, but I've been with AOL way too long to want to do that. But, if forced, I won't have a choice. Again, pls fix the issues. Thank you.

Replying to an email is impossible. I have to start a NEW email, so I can type without the screen moving on its own. Defeats the purpose of having the Reply option. Please fix this for all of us!

the reply mode in AOL email is total **** and don't tell me to wait for a Samsung new release..
You all scred up the email reply function. YES, YOU SCREWED IT UP...
I love this AOL app. or I should say I used to..YOU ALL TOTALLY LET ME DOWN... WHY IS NOT THUS PROBLEM FIXED????????

I agree 100% with what the others are saying. when it jumps to the bottom, my keyboard disappears, and I have to scroll again. I think this has started after Yahoo bought AOL. Yahoo did not have a good reputation in the first place.

Yes, this problem with not being able to reply to emails is very annoying. I hope someone is listening to your long-time customers. If this continues, I will have to switch over to another email service. I have had AOL since 1999...this is ridiculous that we are all saying the same thing, but it appears no one is listening.

Replying to emails now as a nightmare! Works fine on my phone, but it's a mess on my tablet, which is where I usually use my email. I start typing my reply and my screen moves all over the place. It makes replying impossible and frustrating. I might have to start using my Gmail account exclusively.

as everyone has said, keeps shooting to the bottom of the page tried deleting reinstall etc etc had this address a long time but severely frustrated with the app trying to arrange important issues near impossible.
