The issue should be addressed by Samsung and fixed in the next One UI 5 update, which should start rolling out by the end of February. In the meantime, I would suggest using a different keyboard than the one you have, such as GBoard (Google keyboard) or Microsoft SwiftKey. We appreciate your cooperation!

When I try to type and edit an email the cursor jumps to the bottom of the page. This is CRAZY-MAKNG! I fixed this once before by uninstalling and reinstalling the AOL app for Android, but this time, after doing uninstall and reinstall SEVERAL times the problem is still not fixed. I am using a Samsung Galaxy A425G. This occurred after the Android 13 update JANUARY 2023.
