Hi there. The Samsung Keyboard issue should be fixed in the latest update to the UI, One UI 5.1. You can go to your device's settings, tap on ''Software update'' to see if this update is available for you. If it's not, please try again later.

    When I reply to emails in the AOL app or thru Google web browser on my Samsung tablet or my Samsung phone, the page jumps to the bottom and I have to keep scrolling back up to where I was typing. Continuously jumps down to bottom of page after each word I type.

    same as everyone else, cursor jumps continuously to the end of the email, it's been doing this for months, I even reinstalled aol, but no luck.

    Responding to emails is impossible. There is a lefthand margin line that can not be gotten rid of and appears to be causing the problems.

    How do I revert to old email format on Android phone.

    For over a month now AOL ‘s Android app has been *worthless*.

    I can’t even compose a simple, one-sentence message or reply with AOL's current Android email app. WHY? Because new, blank lines are continuously being generated below what I’m writing, causing it to scroll up and out of sight. It’s *infuriating*.

    This problem has been brought to your attention here and elsewhere by numerous other people for weeks now yet you haven’t fixed the problem yet.

    If you – AOL – don’t fix it immediately, you’re going to wake up some day very soon and find you no longer have any users or customers.

    cursor keeps jumping to bottom of original email message. When you try to reply to an email the cursor jumps from the top of the email to the bottom of the email - you go back up to the top and try to reply and it goes back to the bottom. I was told this was going to be fixed with an update in January. Meanwhile here we are in March and it still not fixed-it's very annoying when you can't reply to an email on your phone and you have to go find a laptop or ipad to reply to an email because the android aol email doesn't work. Why can't this be fixed?

    AOL, you are no longer fit for purpose. If 'America On Line' was your strap line then consider that before you monumentally mess things up again.

    You keep telling people to update the software but it's BECAUSE of the latest update that these issues have started. Sort it out Aol!

    I can't speak my message Or use predictive words. There's also no spell check available. So when I speak this is what it does. Itkeepsallmywordstogether. Fix the problem or I'll find a new email company to use. The new keyboard is horrible as well.

    2. For unknown reasons, the keyword suddenly changed from normal to some weird variation with "/" instead of comma and no more suggestions for word completion.

    automatically tabs down to bottom of initial Email thread when trying to reply to Email. Please provide corrected update

    I lost spell correction suggested words. Automatic capital letter at the beginning of a sentence. lost grammar punctuation selection on letter keys. Please go back to prior settings. Current settings delays responses.
