Hi there. The Samsung Keyboard issue should be fixed in the latest update to the UI, One UI 5.1. You can go to your device's settings, tap on ''Software update'' to see if this update is available for you. If it's not, please try again later.

lost word suggestion and spell correction also while searching web then going back screen returns to top. scenes use to return to site .

Just followed your instructions dated 02/21/23 and no update available. Please fix this issue, I've had aol email for 24 years and never an issue with replying to emails until the past 2 months or so.

automatically tabs down to bottom of email thread when trying to reply to emails. on android phone only. have to keep scrolling up to get cursor in correct place.

fix issues with curser bouncing around when trying to type email. Also at the bottom of the page it lists receipts. I prefer not to have that icon on there. Can i get rid of it? It wont let me delete the information that is in there.

Please look into this problem I've been posting it for months and have gotten no response. When you reply it keeps bouncing you back-and-forth down to the bottom of the email and puts you in the body of the email you replying to. And most of the time I try to submit this feedback I get a voice over error message and it won't submit. Please please help
