Please put the new email box back as it was. Automatically going into old mail on opening is a nuisance, it is better to be able to opt to keep it as new first

I can not get to all of my Folders and I need my folders.. I WANT THE OLD AOL FORMAT BACK AND NOW!!

WTF did you actually do? My emails disappear to never never land when i open them. Not in Old, not in trash. Yeah I don't give a duck if you pummel me with sex ads. You have made AOL finally useless. Where is the simple lifelong Keep as New choice? You really are morons. Why would I pay you??

I usually save a read New Email using the "Mark Unread" at bottom task bar. Starting Approximately Oct 6th? The moment I close the New Email it IMMEDIATELY DISAPPEARS and reappears in the Old Mail. It started to IMMEDIATELY Reappear in Old Mail and now it takes 1-3 minutes. I also did not see the "Mark Unread" option on bottom task bar as well which I always had before this issue started.

Agree! It gets very annoying. I've actually missed a deadline because of this.

YES - this happened with the latest update.

Just started doing this TODAY. After reading a new email, Poof! Gone! Disappears, sometimes to OLD, but not always. NOT OK. I will leave AOL if this is the deal. SERIOUSLY

please fix: after a software update today, swipe right to mark as read moved my email to the Old Mail folder, I have folders for everything and prefer to move things myself.

make so the mail stays so can review all mail reply to the most urgent then go back and review the other also my keep as new button isn't working and the undo delete send the mail to old mail folder instead of back to the box your working in or just reopening, also the old mail box keeps needing refreshing to make today mail appear, also the other suggestions on seem to be talking more about the glitch when you would hit delete then the mail would pop back in or the mail that you did said keep as new would stay in the inbox after closing and reopening the app except one but I believe it much easier to work if it stays in whatever box your working in till you say move to trash or refreshing especially since could end up missing something since you could flip to a different email while reading a different one delete the one you meant to be reading then have to search for the other one

On the home page app, an article saved as a bookmark does not stay saved as it once did. Now it saves less than 24 hours before it disappears.

Stop sending mail automatically to old mail folder when read

The email that has been lost (more than just one email) was not put into a folder, but rather it was left in the Inbox as a read email. Thank you.

The default mil button disappears if you scroll anything on the front page and when it is visible it's only for new mail. You have to navigate through the mail options to get to mail you have already read which is a bit annoying

Old mail folder idea, is confusing, useless, not necessary. Even this information reqest is confusing. you all over think, make it more simple.
