Sorry to hear that you are having a bit of trouble with the App. To resolve this, please try the troubleshooting solutions below:

1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    Recent updates cause every link I click on an email to be opened in the AOL mail app. When I click a link in an email, I need to be able to open it in my default browser. This is especially important for 2FA.

    OPEN LINKS IN SEPARATE BROWSER! I can't input validation codes sent to email because I have to back out of the page to view them!

    I need help to open links in my email on my phone. plus my laptop aol and phone aol aren't linked

    Slow and not opening. The new APP looks good but deceiving for the links don't work

    Why don't links work in this app? And you wonder why I was using a different app. People don't receive my emails with links. I can't open in my new mail.
