  1. saved email suddenly disappeared

    yesterday all saved email was there, today gone. I save them for a reason and to have them gone is disconcerting. Been an AOL subscriber for more than 30 years and this has never happened.

  4. Remove the fees and the ads!!

    I have had AOL for over 30 years without fees or ads. I can easily go to another domain for free email and not get all the **** you are sending. If it doesn't change that is exactly what I will be doing. No one should have to pay for an email address or pay to have ads removed!!!

  7. The AOL app will not let me move a piece of mail to a saved folder if it has a link or an attachment. instead it disappears - please fix!!!!

    Fix the inability to move email you want to save to a folder. Currently it looks like it goes, but instead disappears and I have go to a computer to retrieve it. This renders the phone app critically flawed! Fix It! this happens whenever email has attachment or link!

  8. Stop being greedy little ******* and don't take away app options that used to be free and try to put them behind a paywall!

    You already make enough money on ads to sustain this website/app plus make an enormous profit, why turn your app into a subscription plan? people should have to pay for **** that you originally offered as free!!!!!!!!!

    'this is spam' move to bottom of list too easy to hit in error. 'remove from spam' should be changed to 'this is not spam ' &go to inbox.

  18. I seem to have an email blocked that should not be. Make it easier to find a list of blocked emails so you can correct it.

    Have an option to unblock emails that may have been blocked.

  19. fix the issue on Pixel phones whereby unless the user scrolls up/down in a very narrow vertical line, the app treats it as a swipe sideways

    I only started using the AOL app with my new Pixel, so not sure if this issue also applies on Samsung/other android phones - but I find that the AOL app requires a much more accurate up/down swipe than any other app, which routinely means I switch between emails in the inbox rather than scroll through the one I want to read - this is then doubly inconvenient when having to return to the inbox screen to mark as unread those emails I've accidentally swiped into (as a secondary complaint, it's not obvious how to mark an email as unread…
