Deleting messages in the app does not delete them from the inbox when I log into AOL on the computer! What's wrong with this?
Make sure that if a message gets deleted through the app it also gets deleted in the desktop version!!

Restore & Provide IMAP password to allow Verizon.net customers to access Email in 3rd Email such as Outlook. This is URGENT. Thank you.
Until apprx 6/16/24, Verizon.net Email was received in 3rd party Email such as Outlook. IMAP settings are needed to allow incoming & outgoing email to be received & sent in Outlook. An update for requiring 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) was implemented around this time. A new Verizon/AOL IMAP password may need to be entered to restore Outlook Email for Verizon.Net Email addresses. Please advise. Thank you for your help; this is an urgent need.

Not finding deleted emails in the trash, could have just deleted it and decide I actually need the email and it has disappeared permanently
Permanently deleting trash without choosing too

Hi there. You can edit or remove your signature in the app, by tapping on your profile icon, then on Settings, scroll the list of settings until you see ''Signatures'' and tap on that.

Trash folder won't stay empty, deleting emails return
why won't my emails in my trash folder when I delete them why do they come back, then I'll personally individually delete them again ,and they still come back later why ?????

I see others with the same problem. It's impossible to compose an email on my phone. The cursor jumps to another place and time.
Since it's impossible to compose an email, I forward to another account. After more than 30 years, it might be time to truly relegate my AOL account to a place for junk mail .
Hi. This issue is currently under investigation by our team and we hope to have a fix in a new update to the AOL app. In the meantime, I would suggest using a different keyboard than the one you have, such as GBoard (Google keyboard) or Microsoft SwiftKey. We appreciate your cooperation!

seit ca. 1 Woche kann ich nicht mehr sofort auf meine E Mails zugreifen, wenn ich die App öffne. Ich muss erst wieder rausgehen.
Nach öffnen der App, geht die Infoseite auf ohne Button für den Posteingang. Ich muss erst wieder raus- und reingehen, damit die Buttons am unteren Ende erscheinen. Das ist seit ca. 1 Woche so. In Einstellungen habe ich nichts gefunden, wo ich das ändern könnte. Wer kann Tipp geben?

Hi there. It sounds like you have a filter set to send all your incoming emails to that particular folder. You can remove this filter, by going to mail.aol.com from a laptop/PC, select Settings>More Settings>Filters. Additionally, we recommend you check all your email settings and account info, for any signs of compromise.
