  2. I have been an AOL customer from the beginning, like for 30 years. This platform has become nothing more than a continuous "commercial".

    Sick of opening it and deleting what can be hundreds of items.
    Sick of it. Thinking about dropping out.

  5. you need to remove old mail folder. Just keep new mail as read or unread. Way less confusing and steps to see all mail.

    Old mail folder idea, is confusing, useless, not necessary. Even this information reqest is confusing. you all over think, make it more simple.

  13. Please have an option to open the app directly to the inbox, not the news section.

    My experience with AOL would be greatly improved if I could open to my inbox instead of having to dodge click bait news. I'm here for my mail, not the homepage. Gmail and Outlook function this way and it's a better experience.
