It is so hard to sign on now. I can't believe you have to have these codes and texted to you, verify, i've been using aol for 33 yrs
It is so hard to get AO. L to remember my user password almost every time it wants me to verify my email or my backup email. Phone number wants to send me a code. It doesn't remember the devices.

Make the button that says Read the full story actually work instead of going nowhere. I have hit it as many as 18 times!

stop blocking news articles on PAID accounts
I click on a headline yet cannot view the story. I pay for my service. I don't think I should have news stories blocked.

AOL in my Pixel Android does not sync with desktop. Everything read using phone appears as unread on desktop. Have tried everything fixes

let me type in an email address without demanding access to my phone contacts. no. also, deleted emails should delete, not reappear.
when i need to send an email to a new address, aol does not need access to my phone contacts. I'm typing an address from the web. it is not in my contacts!

Upload all new messages as inbox is opened.
When I open AOL inbox each morning not all emails are there. If I close the AOL app and reopen or delete any messages, more new messages will populate.

quit showing Fox news and it's fake stories ( they have been found guilty of telling lies and were found liable for 587 million) . Dont end up like fox, AOL you are 1 lawsuit from being gone completely don't follow em down that fox hole.

why did I pay shipping for my prize after doing the survey and then was told "good luck"
I was told there were several prizes left and was asked and charged $5 for shipping and the last screen said good luck. Good luck i won't get scammed? I fear it's too late.
