Please uninstall/reinstall the email app or remove and re-add your account to it. If the issue persists, please turn your phone off/on and switch between data and WIFI. Hope this helps!

the mail when received comes in with a continuous thread as opposed to previously it was only the last correspondence. it's annoying to have to go through 10 to 15 threads if the subject matter is the same

Hi. To change your signature in the AOL app, tap on Settings>Signatures then begin typing it on the existing line that allows you to add 1000 characters.

Please go back to the old format. when writing emails it keeps scrolling to the bottom to blank portion. Very annoying.

Where do you go to see spam folder?

Hi. To see the Spam folder, tap on your Inbox button that's located on the bottom screen then select Spam from the folder list that loads.

To receive personalized content for your area, all you have to do is access the app's settings, scroll down to "Edition" and pick the UK edition.

why are all my NEW EMAILS going to trash first?????
emails are going into my TRASH section. they should be going into NEW MAIL category. why is this happ???
If you are not receiving messages or you notice your emails are going to Trash you may want to check your filters. Check out https://help.aol.com/articles/use-filters-to-sort-and-organize-messages-in-aol-mail for info on how to check your filters. If you did not set any filters, but they are present, you may want to secure your account.

If any of your emails have been permanently deleted or have gone missing in the last 7 days, reach out at https://help.aol.com/contact/ and we'll do everything we can to try to recover your lost messages.

I have not received any new emails on my Android phone since May 28, 2022. What's going on? Will not allow me to sink with email! please fix

I need a way to block SPAM. I'm a woman and sick to death of "***** enhancement" spam. I've tried unsubbing, but that brings more spam!

Hello there! If you've started to receive an endless flow of junk email, you may be the victim of spam bombing.
This is a tactic used by bad actors and hackers to distract you from seeing emails that really are important to you.

make it so when i try and reset my password i dont have to pay to upgade my account just to get help
Our members are always able to reset their passwords online for free through the sign-in helper at login.aol.com/forgot. Paid support is available for those times where passwords are forgotten, recovery channels are lost, not kept up to date, or for a number of other support concerns including mail settings, apps, device support and more.

I can not find compose or my email contacts. How do I do that?

Hi there. In the AOL app, while selecting the Inbox to see your emails, you should see a round button, with a pen icon. Please tap on it to compose an email.
To see your contacts, tap on the 3 dots (More) button that's at the bottom of the screen, tap on People then on View all from the top right corner.
