Hi. The issue should be addressed by Samsung and fixed in the next One UI 5 update, which should start rolling out by the end of February. In the meantime, I would suggest using a different keyboard than the one you have, such as GBoard (Google keyboard) or Microsoft SwiftKey. We appreciate your cooperation!

why can't you guys fix my emails that I can get and I can I get the emails but I can't send it it tells me returns my mail I'm getting tired

Make a news app that doesn't suck. I'm about to uninstall because it constantly glitches, keeps loading the same story instead of a new one.
App will only take me to first story I looked at instead of story selected from links at the bottom of the page.Today,I had to hit the back button over 10 times just to get back to the front page. It just kept reloading the soft drink recall story.

Hi there, I'm happy to help! To access your other folders, simply tap on that Inbox folder (once the Inbox icon has the two arrows next to the envelope) and you should see then the entire list of folders you have in your mailbox. Then tap on each one you wish to check first.

Where is Sent Mail.
I am not seeing this as an option.Hi there. To see the rest of your folders, tap on the Inbox icon located at the bottom of the app and you can then select the folder you wish to open. Hello there. This issue can be caused by having filters set on your mailbox. Please check your filters and if it's something there that you do not recognize or can interfere with your incoming emails, please delete them. The app for Android is glitchy. Difficult to use on a phone when answering an email without the screen constantly jumping around.
