  1. update news more frequently on weekends. Seems like your staff leaves on Friday afternoons & news updates cease until Monday morning.

  2. allow messenger to have its OWN password. Since it will NOT RECOGNIZE EXCITING password Been Having THIS problem for a long time.

    Messenger will NOT Recognize
    present password. Have even updated PW and STILL NOT
    WORKING.

  3. that I should be able to delete unneeded email contacts that I don't want that are attached to my emails. Also, other email contacts show up

  10. I have lost my sub folders in email. Now I need to go thru convoluted steps to find them and I have lost my ability to easily organize email

    simply undo the update so email reverts back and I can file my emails where I want

  14. Lower your prices for retired people living on Social Security and stop the non-stop ads

    Your prices are way too high for people living on a pension or Social Security. I can't afford to pay these prices any longer, but I've had an AOL email since it first started.

  18. stop adding extra ads between emails in mobile app. I already pay a premium. I will make a point go never buy anything from these companies.

    your extra ad doesnt even close unless u take a magnifying glass to place your finger just so. disgraceful!!!

  19. How do I change settings where I go immediately go to mail instead of it always going to news.I don't watch news. I need to go to mail only.

    How do I change settings so that I can immediately go to mail instead of it always going to news when I open it? I don't watch the news, and it's just an extra step I have to take every time I open AOL.

  20. Add folders , so we can save receipts where we can find them. If you have folders, how do I set it up? I always use my phone!

    I can't see any folder option on my Samsung S10. I'm accumulating too many emails and I need to sort them out and save receipts, ect. please tell me how to do it. Thank you
