  12. I have been an AOL customer from the beginning, like for 30 years. This platform has become nothing more than a continuous "commercial".

    Sick of opening it and deleting what can be hundreds of items.
    Sick of it. Thinking about dropping out.

  19. I have lost my sub folders in email. Now I need to go thru convoluted steps to find them and I have lost my ability to easily organize email

    simply undo the update so email reverts back and I can file my emails where I want

  20. Why can't I read the comments on news stories anymore? Please fix, also I'd like to block Fox news also.

    I'd like to be able to comment on news stories but the comment button no longer works. Also, I think we should be able to filter news stories. Fox isn't news.
