  1. let me type in an email address without demanding access to my phone contacts. no. also, deleted emails should delete, not reappear.

    when i need to send an email to a new address, aol does not need access to my phone contacts. I'm typing an address from the web. it is not in my contacts!

  3. needs voice recording of emails. you are behind the times. and allow one to shutoff auto completing of words it is wrong most of the time

  10. allow (multi) categories for messages instead of just being moved to a folder

    like Gmail that allows for multiple flags per message making it easier to find it if u forget which folder it is saved in

  11. please STOP showing Fox news on my feed. it is not real news and it degrades your service

    since fox news is proven to be artificial and more propaganda in reality I feel it's inclusion with other outlets to be of poor service to me and millions of others.

    Why are all your customers being given a liberal commentary in place of news?

  20. I understand why you need to push people to upgrade. it is all about revenue but this is extremely annoying.

    If you want to annoy your prospective customers, keep annoying them for every email they open, otherwise, change it to once or twice a day. Perhaps then, I will eventually consider. Nagging does not help!
