  7. Add an option on the prompt about the premium upgrade to let people select do not ask again.

    it is frustrating that this prompt constantly pops up and when I go to close it out, it force closes the app. I do not wish to upgrade and it would be very helpful if you would add an option of do not ask again, instead of making it pop up constantly.

  10. I had all of my folders set up in order. You've messed that up, keeps kicking me out now when I try to navigate them & my new emails.

    My folders are all random now & not in order as they have been for many years.
    Also, as I read my email & try to move to folders, it kicks me out & asks me to upgrade?? I'm about to discontinue my service with you guys & move it to my outlook & Gmail accounts if you don't fix it asap - I've been paying for AOL for over 30 years, but don't like being cheated!!

  13. stop trying to sell me something ive used for decades for free. where did the all emails from this sender button go? why?!?!?!

    selling aol feels very predatory. I am not old however the majority of your clients are. i can totally switch all my accounts to gmail and keep aol for junk mail.
