  2. Allow different sound notifications for messages(customers that have google chrome). I will be canceling my AOL account due to this issue!

due to the fact, I have google chrome. Your representative stated that I am unable to change or have a different notification sound. I have 2 different email accounts, which both have the same notification sound when I receive email. Therefore, I must check both emails, which is very time consuming. Since my AOL account has been hacked so many times, due to SLACK security(in the past). I will be deleting my AOL account, as soon as I completely notify all my creditors of the change. Also, AOL's security is NOT top notch either. I must say, since AOL added…

  3. Warum müssen um einen Anhang zu erstellen plötzlich ALLE Mails analysiert werden? Ich halte das für bedenklich und sehr übergriffig!

Alle Mails analysieren nur um einen Anhang zu erstellen?

  6. Remove the fees and the ads!!

I have had AOL for over 30 years without fees or ads. I can easily go to another domain for free email and not get all the **** you are sending. If it doesn't change that is exactly what I will be doing. No one should have to pay for an email address or pay to have ads removed!!!

Hi there. The Samsung Keyboard issue should be fixed in the latest update to the UI, One UI 5.1. You can go to your device's settings, tap on ''Software update'' to see if this update is available for you. If it's not, please try again later.

  15. Report ALL news.

Why are all your customers being given a liberal commentary in place of news?
Hasn't your ilk been humiliated enough? I will never again trust news outlets such as yourself.

  16. you should have the ability to block certain news channels on the feeds on your site like Fox News that should be able to block it if I want

you should be able to personalize your news feeds and inbox no one's going to upgrade AOL it's outdated you'll deal with the stupid advertisers that you put on there like everybody else does to try to make money how about the outside of the box get rid of the ads all together and find a way to make money through something else that's the problem with technology streaming services they're all free and everybody wants to charge you to watch everything add free which really stinks
