  1. I understand why you need to push people to upgrade. it is all about revenue but this is extremely annoying.

    If you want to annoy your prospective customers, keep annoying them for every email they open, otherwise, change it to once or twice a day. Perhaps then, I will eventually consider. Nagging does not help!

  4. Please fix selective link dead-ends in email on Android app. I should not have to copy and paste a URL into a search engine to get to it.

    This is affecting some pretty big sites (like Amazon, Ebay and Youtube) while others are functioning as they are supposed to. Pressing and holding to get to a screen that offers 3 options with only the copy and paste link functioning...but requiring you to paste it into another search screen to launch it is NOT how links in emails one trusts are supposed to work.

  11. Stop asking to enroll everyone to further cost just to filter ads you are already screwing all of your customers on!

  13. Show the name on the account only.

    When sending mail my social account sends my name from another account opposed to the profile name. I dont want receivers of the social account to have my name. They should only have the name listed in the profile of the account the mail is sent from. Whats the point of having a profile if you're sending personal info from another account.

  18. allow my display settings to stick on your app rather than over-riding them

    AOL app doesn't actually allow us to personalize settings. It always reverts to AOL's default & ignores user choices
