unable to type email on Android mobile wo it snapping to bottom
cannot type email on mobile

Hi there. The Samsung Keyboard issue should be fixed in the latest update to the UI, One UI 5.1. You can go to your device's settings, tap on ''Software update'' to see if this update is available for you. If it's not, please try again later.

AOL is not appear compatible with Android 13. I have a Samsung Galaxy A32, as well and I cannot reply to messages without skipping to the bottom. Please update AOL.

I have precisely the same experience/complaint/comment that Fred shared above.
With the current AOL Mail for Android app it's now *impossible* to compose new messages or write replies to messaes received.
Anonymous "Product Support" person: FYI, my phone - a Samsung A32 5G - is updated to the latest UI, One UI 5.1, and I still have the same problem. In fact, I'm 99% sure that the problem we're talking about first started happening with that update. I looked into reverting back but according to the Android pros that isn't feasible or even possible.
If a person can't write new messages to anyone or reply to messages they've received it renders the email app pretty
much worthless, wouldn't you agree? If you don't get your best and brightest minds working on fixing this problem ASAP I'm afraid you'll soon find your current and long-time customers bailing out on you in droves and switching to alternative email apps, programs, platforms and companies that work the way they're supposed to.

The cursor jumps to the end of the message string and adds lines with out any keyboard or screen touch on my Samsung tablet. No similar issue with other applications. This seems to be an AOL bug.

When I reply to emails in the AOL app or thru Google web browser on my Samsung tablet or my Samsung phone, the page jumps to the bottom and I have to keep scrolling back up to where I was typing. Continuously jumps down to bottom of page after each word I type.

same as everyone else, cursor jumps continuously to the end of the email, it's been doing this for months, I even reinstalled aol, but no luck.

Responding to emails is impossible. There is a lefthand margin line that can not be gotten rid of and appears to be causing the problems.
How do I revert to old email format on Android phone.

For over a month now AOL ‘s Android app has been *worthless*.
I can’t even compose a simple, one-sentence message or reply with AOL's current Android email app. WHY? Because new, blank lines are continuously being generated below what I’m writing, causing it to scroll up and out of sight. It’s *infuriating*.
This problem has been brought to your attention here and elsewhere by numerous other people for weeks now yet you haven’t fixed the problem yet.
If you – AOL – don’t fix it immediately, you’re going to wake up some day very soon and find you no longer have any users or customers.
