  1. I can not stand your new page and set up. Please tell me how I can change back. or would you make it an option to keep the old versus chang

    I hate your new screen. Make it go back to the old way. There was nothing wrong with the old way. I want a choice in this!!! i I can't even submit this complaint form.

  3. more safety features. my account had been compromised. I can folder any email. and they're being erased.

    your system is supposed to secure. private! how can you have the conscience to ask users for ideas on how to protect their emails. help me that!?

  12. allow email app, without all the other fluff, such as news, ads, etc. The old app, was so much cleaner and easier to read.

  14. fix email so new email that is read or deleted goes to proper area and also so spam that is deleted will be deleted!!!

    when email is deleted and/or read it does not move to correct folder. I have reloded the app with no change in behavior. Also spam email does not go away when deleted. and when signing out of email I have to close all or at least the aol app to be able to sign in to email again.

  17. I suggest you have more options to verify. Why do I not see all available options? I'd like to register a passkey. If it takes 48hrs to fix

    More email recovery questions on all email password security. instead of try a different way.

  20. go back to first word in sentence being capitalized. add punctuation symbols to letters, like ? on the m letter, etc.
