Accessibility problems
Please reinstate the microphone in the IOS onscreen keyboard. I rely on dictation when writing. Now I need to dictate a note in another program and then cut and paste it into the AOL email app.
Also, there is no comma on the iOS onscreen keyboard in the email app, making it very difficult to send to more than one person.
The comma is added automatically after you select an email address and make sure that you have the latest version of iOS and for the AOL App regarding the issue with missing your microphone.

Re-design AOL from top to bottom
AOL technical support is terrible! The Philippines agents do not understand what you’re saying I don’t know what to do. A wall needs to be redesigned it from top to bottom and to be compatible with other systems such as Apple Email client. As well as independently working.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. It’s certainly our expectation and desire that you receive the highest quality service when working with customer support. We’re sad to hear that it sounds like you did not.
Rest assured that we’ve captured your complaint and will make sure your experience is shared with others in an effort to prevent this in the future.
Regarding your issue with the native email app, please remove the account, then manually re-add it by following the steps from the article below (Click on Setup Manually to see the steps): https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201320
In the process of manually adding the account, please use the IMAP settings outlined in the Step 2 section of the following article: https://help.aol.com/articles/how-do-i-use-other-email-applications-to-send-and-receive-my-aol-mail
