Facebook will not accept my password
They said my time had expired just suddenly and knocked me off Facebook, no explanation, I don’t want to spend hours trying to get back on like I usually do, Help!

Can’t get mail on iPhone
Since verizon moved to aol I’m having trouble getting mail to migrate to my phone and computer. It won’t sign on keep getting same error message

UNWANTED signature line
I continue time and again go delete the signature line in AOL and it keeps coming back! Only system you can’t get rid of it like I wish I could get rid of AOL right now.

Mail Account won‘t update
It started this morning. My mail account was empty (the in Box) then loaded many many older mails
and all over sudden after refreshing all mails of the passed 7 years have disappeared on all
IOS devices I use (iPhone and iPad) I have installed the aol mail as the main mail account
on my IOS devices and I also use the aol mail app. The issues occured in all applications.
I hope you van help me to reload the missing mails. Sign in issue
Can’t get mail. Notice comes up: name user ID INCORRECT! Help
You should remove and re-add your account from the app and if you are having sign in trouble, please check on mail.aol.com, from a desktop computer, if your password is correct.

Allow deleting other sign ins
Allow main account holder to delete alias accounts (that have been created by scammers) from the account. I didn’t authorize them so unable to delete because don’t know the login.

my acount has not been logged in!!
Hello, my account has not been logged in for a period of time, causing the account to be frozen. When I try to log in, I am prompted that my account has been frozen. Welcome to continue to register, but when I register, I will be prompted to register. I just want my account to be restored. Please help me to restore my account. If you haven’t accessed an account for the last 90 days, please keep in mind that it can be permanently deleted for inactivity as stated in AOL’s Terms Of Service. Unfortunately, you may not be able to reactivate it or re-create the same email address. Kindly reach out to 1-800-827-6364 so an agent can check the status of your account.

“Search” feature is terrible.
1) I search for a name that is the primary heading for a message I’ve received, and your search comes up empty. So I scroll down through a hundred plus emails and there is the message I’m looking for, sitting right there in my inbox under the name I used in the search. With Verizon, a message would come up even if the name only appeared somewhere in the text. What is wrong with your search engine.
2) I search for a message that I have received and can’t find it. Eventually I discover that, if I have replied to…

Anmelden funktioniert nicht
Ich kann mich nicht mehr bei meinem Konto anmelden, da ich immer bestätigen muss, dass eine andere E-Mail Adresse zu meinem Konto gehört, was sie aber nicht tut. Aol antwortet nicht und hilft nicht.

Access old mail
Since latest update I can’t access my old mail anymore. Right now, August 9th, 2018, my old mail only goes back until July 12, 2018. How do I retrieve the rest. Problem occurs on Apple devices mobile app and Windows computer.

Not getting mail! Also the extras I’m paying for are not working properly.

This issue might be a result of using the account configured as POP, in one of your mail clients or mobile devices.
POP downloads email from a server to a single computer/device, then deletes it from the server. Because your messages get downloaded to a single computer or device and then deleted from the server, it can appear that mail is missing or disappearing from your Inbox if you try to check your mail from a different computer.
Please check your account setup on all of your devices and email clients (e.g. Outlook, Mac Mail, Windows Live Mail), and for the ones that are using the account as POP, please make sure to have the option to leave a copy of the message on the server checked, or setup the account to use IMAP instead of POP.
