    Hi, for a couple days when I open the links of news feed the text is very small the images are enormous, somehow it does not have the format it used to.

  2. Insensitive advertising

    My wife passed away a month ago. Ever since then the pop up adverts at the top of the emails in my inbox are often to do with funerals. This is rather insensitive.

    Received receipts for someone who has my same email address who lives in another state

    It’s impossible for multiple users to have the same email address. If you are receiving emails that are destined to someone else, there are a few thing you can do:
    Notify senders – Tell known senders about their mistaken or excessive emails;
    Filter emails – Automatically send emails from an address or domain to a separate folder;
    Mark their emails as spam.

  8. Emails dropping attachments

    I am attaching some photos to an email and they are not be sent. I did not get an Error messgae or anything. Extremely annoying

    I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:

    1. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
    2. Restart your mobile device
    3. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
    4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    The Iwatch app is not working at all just keeps on loading and that is as far as it gets

    If the issue persists our engineers will need to further investigate. Would you be able to please provide us with the following information:
    - What version of the AOL App you have installed.

  11. How to clear search history??

    My privacy dashboard only takes me to a page where the myriad of apps others have chosen show how they use my input. No availability to clear or delete.

  12. For Chris: the arrow next to my emailaddress shuts the app down

    As requested, I answer your email here. My iPhone, or in this case my iPad is up to date. I always install updates immediately. But as I mentioned before: when I answer an email(or start a new one) and click on the arrow next to my emailaddress, I cannot click on my *****@aol.com address, no, the app shuts down all together. So to sum up:
    - this (i.e. the arrow next to my emailaddress shuts the app down) started after the last update of the app
    - I deleted the app and downloaded it again

    NO PROBLEM CREATING NEW FOLDERS
    BUT HOW DO YOU DELETE THE CREATED FOLDERS ONCE YOU DONT NEED THEM ANYMORE

    Here’s how to add an account:

    1. From the bottom of the main menu, tap the Settings icon.

    2. Tap Manage Accounts.

    3. Tap Add Account.

    4. Enter your AOL username and password.

    5. Tap Sign in.

  20. Glitchy Notification Badge

    The app badge would keep saying I have 1 unopened new email or say I have multiple new email. When I check it says the inbox is empty or it wouldn’t load any email and say there are no new email. Please fix.
