Lost my e-mail on my phone and my IPad has 2 unworking e-mails because my husband set everything up and put his info in my cloud. Help me get my password and change my password. I haven’t gotten any e-mails since December.

I agree with Am. The fact my password doesn’t work ****** me off! I always have to get the code then change my passcode. Well I DON’T WANT A DIFFERENT PASSWORD!!

I have tried to change my password on my amisa615 account for theist two weeks, but to no avail.I follow your instructions by having the code sent to my land phone. Every time I got a 6 digit code, when I tried to put the d-digit code to verify, it will stop after I put down 4 digits! What the heck is going on? I cannot open my email on this account. I have changed my password on my desktop with no problem. The problem I have is with my iPad where I am trying to change my own.

I've lost my ability to get me through a Mail account...and, have been forced into using AOL Mail which I truly don't find useful ...or very functional on my iPads.
