How can we improve the AOL App?

App says try again!

I’ve tried logging into my email through the app since it would be more convenient. Email and the password is correct but every time I try to sign in it ends up saying “there was a problem, please try again later.”
The app is updated. This is frustrating please fix it!

I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:

1. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
2. Restart your mobile device
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    New emails today posted a number badge on the AOL icon, just as usual. But they would not appear in the Inbox. Via the web, all is fine. So this is an iOS app issue. Various articles recommended uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I did that. Now I can't log into my emailat all. After giving good credentials, I get "An SSL error had occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be made." This is the official AOL app, and not a 3rd party app. As far as I know, there is no way to set the mail URLs or port or SSL settings. How does one fix this?

    There seems to be a problem after I put in my first login details. It automatically says I need to accept cookies which I have. It won’t let me go any further and put in my password.

    All of a sudden I’m required to sign in all the time so the app can share information about me. Make it stop. Can’t find how to change the settings.

    I sign in accurately. And nothing. Again. Really ticking me off!!

    I sign in correctly but the app on my iPhone doesn’t let me in.

    It’s annoying enough to have to sign in every time I use aol but now it won’t even let me in!!

    Why do I have to keep signing in on the website instead of just going straight to mail on the app?

    I can’t get my email it keeps saying can’t connect to server!!!! I can do everything else on my phone except my email!! So frustrating!!

    My phone app will not update. Message says” We are having problems connecting to our server. Try again later” . I hit retry and get same message. What’s up ?
