Why can I no longer save projects/ideas to Pinterest? I just get shown the app to download which I already have.

Its getting more & more obvious that AOL news is left leaning! Every time I turn on my computer & AOL for my messages, I see only a negative twist re anything President Trump says or does!
Its obvious & upsetting that AOL is taking sides politically! Just report the actual true on both sides & let the American people decide how they feel! -

how about getting your IN HOUSE DEVELOPED EMAIL APP to work properly and efficiently !
I have an ipad and the AOL email app is now getting so laggy I may type in words and it can sometimes take 20 seconds or more to see the characters on screen... I have to often cancel what message I'm trying to compose, let it save to drafts, and then try to continue the message, and this may need to be repeated several times just to compose a single paragraph in an email message !!!
I also have a new android based phone and the app is near impossible to use. The android layout is absolutely disgusting , the stupid app tries to auto correct every second word AFTER I type it in so I have to keep going back to various words , sometimes several times to be able enter that word Correctly into the message...
The layout for the ipad version is passable , yet the android version really sucks.
with the ipad version app, I am able to "flag" various messages by sliding the tile in the left column to the left and hitting the flag icon, ..
BUT, if I try to do that in the android app, as soon as I slide the message tile in the left column it Deletes that message... and then it takes ages to be able to locate where the deleted message has been placed because the android layout needs a huge overhaul .
... also the android app gets laggy as well when trying to compose messages...
... and get your developers to stop smokin' their whooopy weed - as the laid-back who cares attitude in the design and product testing needs an urgent major overhaul !The new handheld devices have plenty of engine power, why can the developers not reverse their design back to being more like the older browser version webmail layout,
having a proper left column showing inbox, sent, deleted(trash) etc., instead of this newer pathetic , inefficient "mobile" metro device layout ??Please read all of the other clients complaints in the feedback area as I am not the only person having grief with the in-house AOL email app.

Why is the status of every complaint or problem reported either ‘Under Review’ or ‘Gathering Feedback”?
Can’t the developers of this inept and cumbersome email app resolve complaints or fix problems within a reasonable time (a week or two, at the most)? This is unacceptable customer care.
The former iPhone email app was a 100 times better.

This new app is ridiculous. The ads are unnecessary and unwanted. They show up constantly and are annoying.
I adjust to changes easily when they are better than before. These emails are not as easy to see and sort. Go back to the old AOL format........please!! -

This AOL app for iOS is terrible. It’s impossible to get anyone to answer a phone. When I attempt to delete the app on my iPhone it says if the app is deleted all data is lost. Does that mean I will lose all emails? That doesn’t seem possible but based on what I’ve seen with this app I wouldn’t be surprised.

Sir, This new app style is an absolute abortion! sorry But it really is awful. after so many years I cannot understand why your new Owners have permitted you to squander all the Goodwill you have built up! I for one will be looking to find an alternative .

Your plan to protect me forces me to use your app which is awful or a password no one could remember. This attempt to make money for false security is obnoxious. I’ve used your product for over twenty years and this is the first time I truly feel used and unappreciated.

Totally agree with all of you. I hate change myself and I’m autistic and. Why can’t they just leave things alone I like the way my account is now it is so much better the other way on the iPhone email way here really complicated and doesn’t work well

I hate change! Stop it. Just made MORE GARBAGE to delete. Trying to text me whenever a Email come in instead of just a sound. Sigh
