Restore comment section
Please restore comment section as well as the ability to comment on stories. Why was it removed in the first place?

The Comments do not come up when you click on the box
The comments do not show up in the articles when you click on the 'Show Comments' box, or the convo box above. According to other posters, this has been going on for weeks...where is your customer service tech support? I called a few days ago and was told that it was a bug you were working on that should be fixed shortly. Not fixed yet.

Ad mail
Contacted AOL and was advised to submit a feedback for AOL ad mail popping at first part of the inbox. The Ad mail could not be deleted

Emails now have 2 or more ads that intrude upon me despite my being a paying member
My inbox shows ads that displace my quick access to emails, but mostly, when screen sharing for my education sessions, clients will not trust me because I am whoring out ideas that I am not allowed to do!!! This devalues any pretense of AOL being impartial or being useful to real users of their service.

Why does AOL allow offense "liberal" commentary while blocking those comments that are more conservative???
Allow critical responses, that do not contain threats or vulgarity, claiming that some readers "May be offended" is B/S, any conversation may and will offend someone. That is the intent if conversation! AOL, preaches about the 1st Amendment, yet censors like a overprotective parent!

I can't get the REPLIES to my comments after AOL's news page articles. Ur tech can't help. Said to notify you this way.
Long time avid user of COMMENTS section of AOL's news page, after each article. For 2wks I am notified I have multiple replies to my comments, but can't see them but can see already read replies several days old. Is AOL having a technical problem with the Comments section? Your chat tech said he can't help, suggested this. Using Win11 on AOL Gold. I tried reinstalling Gold without solving my problem.

aol desktop gold
Aol Desktop Gold not launching for 2-3 weeks now. I restarted PC multiple times even tried reinstall but same issue. Anyone having the same problem? I've worked with AOL tech but they can't seem to fix the issue as well.

Review criteria for blocking SPAM
I believe AOL should initiate a review/upgrade of its screening program to block/minimize SPAM. In less than 2 months, I have received over 40 suspicious emails, all relating to cloud storage. With only 1-2 exceptions they have originated with different senders. It is my view that they were all so clearly and obviously fraudulent that even a marginally effective screening system should have blocked them. I talked to an AOL representative, asking for an email address to which I could send copies of the suspicious messages for review by someone in Technical Support to better display the nature and extent…

Remove Deals and Savings Notification.
There should be a way to opt out of the daily "Deals and Savings" notification on AOL app. I am an iOS user and it has been very annoying to see the app notify me and I assume it's an email but instead it's just the "deals and savings."
I don't mind having ads within the app, but to have the ads extend beyond the app and into my notifications is predatory behavior. Please remove for everyone or at least make an option in settings to opt out of those specific ads.

Why is EVERYTHING I enter as a comment rejected? And don't give me that community standards stuff either. The most innocent statement is rejected. I see I am not the only one. Is this some kind of black list? If so, who is behind this"?

My comments are all being rejected
For the last 2 months, all of my comments on articles are being rejected. I'm not breaking any rules, etc., have not received warnings or notifications that my comments go against guidelines. This must be a glitch. Please help. Thank you

I can no longer sort emails by Subject. Please bring back that feature. That was really useful since I use AOL for my email; I have for years--love it! Thank you.
