Request for option to whitelist e-mail addresses, plus other features
Hi. After years of poor performance, you seem to have developed some better SPAM filtering algorithms, but legitimate e-mail does still end up in the junk-mail folder. Could you add a whitelist feature, so that the user can make sure certain addresses always make it through? It would also be great if you could add a way to turn off the SPAM filter for those who would prefer to perform that function at the local level or possibly allow all mail through. Next, it doesn't seem your filter learns at all in response to the user tagging junk mail. Could…

Try implementing a verification process that actually works. If you want legacy (verizon.net) users to leave, just say so.
Recent change requires verification at every login (even when stay verified is checked and login is within minutes of previous session at the same desktop). Add in that the code is sent to my alternate (work) email which requires a separate login and at times the code doesn't arrive there for minutes (Yup, not seconds), and you provide no access to any sort of decent help. Ps: Use of this post also required repeated login w/ separate verification (while already logged in ?)

I have received an email from AOL today regarding changes in terms etc. In my view, in order to comply with Ofcom requirements, your Privacy Policy should include in paragraph 12 an email address for the Privacy Team.

aol mail why so hard2: organize mail by a-z name, few suggestions to improve it...
i open aol mail and constantly have thousands of new messages trying to sort them becomes a hassle! 1st i notice when i open all messages from sender to sort threw if i hit delete al, l it ERASES all messages from the sender even the saved in files ones! if I'm in NEW MAIL or any folder (old sent drafts exc) why would i want to see files i already have in files saved?! with the drop down for Sort add file name and a few others cuz oldest to newest just dont cut it! make a button or…

Marking articles as ads
You used to mark articles that scrolled throught the Welcome screen that were clearly advertisements as such. Have you stopped that practice? If so, please reinstate.

A recent update changed the logo from the blue and white that had been standard since the 90s to yellow and black. It's weird and I hate it. Please change it back to blue and white.

Crusor keeps jumping out of comments box while typing comment.
While trying to type a new comment after news articles, i keep getting booted out of the comment box while typing. When i get kicked out, the page jumps up. I have to scroll back to the box, click in the box and start typing again, only to have it happen over and over. Started last week, Cleared browser, no pop up blockers, no extensions. Very annoying to say the least !

Why is there no reason for comment appeal being denied?
How is working a 2nd job or working double shifts against community standards or offensive? And then my appeal is denied with a threat that if I continue to appeal I may be stopped from commenting? I pay for my AOL service and have been with you since 1.0 yet you discriminate like this? Do I need to start calling AOL customer service about this? Your guidelines say you do not censor but that is a lie.
