Make the AOL logon simpler and easier
Every time I sign on to AOL, you make me go upstairs to my wife's computer, get a 6-digit code, go back downstairs and enter the code on my computer. I am 83 years old. Stairs are a big effort. Why can't I just enter my password, like I used to do? I have opted out of 2-factor verification. Why don't you respect my choice? If I enter my password, then please accept that it's me. "aol search option using webmail is not working. we have tried aol desktop gold browser, microsoft edge, downloaded google chrome, and it is still not working. we went to aol.com and use the search and typed any keywords, and its saying no results found. exact error message:

Bring back more color themes. I like PINK and soft purples. You dont have that now.
Bring back MORE color themes. You removed my pink color theme, and now offer NOTHING pink. I also like soft purples, which you also do not offer now. AOL put out TERRIBLE CHOICES for color themes. OPEN up more flexible choices and a LOT more PINKS and Purples. I dont like blue or orange with my pink.

Stop feeding us entertainment news instead of national and international news
Are you afraid that Donald J Trump is going to sue AOL. The first four screens used to have national or international news. Now we get fashion comments, entertainment news, and all sorts of things that do not raise the information or educational level of the citizenry. Major reason I stopped watching national network news. Now, it seems that AOL is following that trend. Bring back what used to be.

Request for option to whitelist e-mail addresses, plus other features
Hi. After years of poor performance, you seem to have developed some better SPAM filtering algorithms, but legitimate e-mail does still end up in the junk-mail folder. Could you add a whitelist feature, so that the user can make sure certain addresses always make it through? It would also be great if you could add a way to turn off the SPAM filter for those who would prefer to perform that function at the local level or possibly allow all mail through. Next, it doesn't seem your filter learns at all in response to the user tagging junk mail. Could…

Try implementing a verification process that actually works. If you want legacy (verizon.net) users to leave, just say so.
Recent change requires verification at every login (even when stay verified is checked and login is within minutes of previous session at the same desktop). Add in that the code is sent to my alternate (work) email which requires a separate login and at times the code doesn't arrive there for minutes (Yup, not seconds), and you provide no access to any sort of decent help. Ps: Use of this post also required repeated login w/ separate verification (while already logged in ?)

aol mail why so hard2: organize mail by a-z name, few suggestions to improve it...
i open aol mail and constantly have thousands of new messages trying to sort them becomes a hassle! 1st i notice when i open all messages from sender to sort threw if i hit delete al, l it ERASES all messages from the sender even the saved in files ones! if I'm in NEW MAIL or any folder (old sent drafts exc) why would i want to see files i already have in files saved?! with the drop down for Sort add file name and a few others cuz oldest to newest just dont cut it! make a button or…
