The Comments do not come up when you click on the box
The comments do not show up in the articles when you click on the 'Show Comments' box, or the convo box above. According to other posters, this has been going on for weeks...where is your customer service tech support? I called a few days ago and was told that it was a bug you were working on that should be fixed shortly. Not fixed yet.

unable to comment
When trying to comment to an article, the website is asking us to login. when we hit the login button, the page goes back to the same article and it's asking us to login again in order to comment. Issue seems to be ongoing for months now.

Fix your comment posting. It continually rejects comments like, "I agree." Pretty innocuous for a rejection.
AOL Comments are not rejecting all comments. It's rejecting comments like, "I agree" and other innocuous comments fully compliant with your terms of service.

Remove Deals and Savings Notification.
There should be a way to opt out of the daily "Deals and Savings" notification on AOL app. I am an iOS user and it has been very annoying to see the app notify me and I assume it's an email but instead it's just the "deals and savings."
I don't mind having ads within the app, but to have the ads extend beyond the app and into my notifications is predatory behavior. Please remove for everyone or at least make an option in settings to opt out of those specific ads.

My comments are all being rejected
For the last 2 months, all of my comments on articles are being rejected. I'm not breaking any rules, etc., have not received warnings or notifications that my comments go against guidelines. This must be a glitch. Please help. Thank you

THIS is just like fb was during covid and i dont appreciate it im not saying anything that should be flagged.... feet rid of your stupid ai or biased comment checkers

The comments section on aol news stories does not work at all.
I go to AOL news stories, I read the article, then I click on comments and nothing happens. I click on the icon on the top right of the title and nothing happens, I click on the button at the end of the article and nothing happens.

Went to your help site and they were not able to address my issue. Every comment I post is being rejected, including a simple "hi". Fix it.
Fix the issue with posts being rejected. This is a new issue, noticed for first time yesterday. Tried posting "hi" and it was rejected. Appealed the rejection and the appeal was denied. I don't post insults or non-verifiable information, so there is no reason to 'block' me. You chat help was unable to even take a report on the bug??? What good is chat help if you can not report a bug using it???

aol desktop gold
Aol Desktop Gold not launching for 2-3 weeks now. I restarted PC multiple times even tried reinstall but same issue. Anyone having the same problem? I've worked with AOL tech but they can't seem to fix the issue as well.

I can no longer sort emails by Subject. Please bring back that feature. That was really useful since I use AOL for my email; I have for years--love it! Thank you.

i have an issue when i am typing in an email address on ''to'' field even if that email address is on my contacts it does not show uc
it works just on basic version on opera browser, if i use chrome or safari even on normal and basic it does not work, please help me with this issues
